Please read the terms and conditions before placing an order. Once an order has been placed you will be bound by the terms.
Placing an order
When placing an order you will need to provide your name, address, email, credit/debit card number, expiry date, and security code. Without this information we will not be able to process your order.
Your contact details may need to be shared with a third party for the purposes of delivering your order.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 3 working days of the date your order was placed.
If you wish to cancel please contact us straight away.

Bespoke & Custom orders

All bespoke and custom size orders are non refundable.
Please note that predicted production and delivery timeframes are a guide only and may take longer than expected.

Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase then you can return any undamaged items within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Please note refunds are for the products purchased and does not include the postage or delivery costs.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for bespoke or custom items.

We will need to ask for some personal information when you place an order, these are your name, email address, billing address, delivery address,, telephone number, and payment details. We need this information to give you the best experience possible when processing your order and to inform you if there are delays or problems.
Personal information is also taken when you subscribe to our mailing list or contacting us via the contact form & email.
We will never give or share your personal information with third parties or give access to.
You may request details of personal information we hold about you under the data protection act 1998
